Mini Bistro Chair Ornament Tutorial

Sara over at Craft Snob is having a month long hand-made ornament parade in preparation for Christmas and I am on today!
 My new header showcases some mini bistro chairs you can hang on your Christmas tree for some unique ornaments, or put them above each of your stockings along your fireplace mantel.
