My kids think we're really old when we tell them about the time when computers were not in every home. You couldn't just Google any question you had or pop on the latest music video with YouTube during dinner preparations to dance to while singing into the whisk.
Learning to type happened on a typewriter that ruthlessly showed every mistake. Writing a report involved actual books. I couldn't see my grandparents on Skype anytime I wanted.
No, the world has changed.
Schools assume that every family has a computer with internet access for homework assignments, lunch menus, and class announcements. With four in school now, it sometimes requires a little bit of juggling with computer time. (Plus the games and netflix movies to watch!)
Recently a large box was delivered to our doorstep by a most jolly FedEx man. He seemed as excited about the delivery as we did! Inside we pulled out the brand new HP TouchSmart 320 PC with AMD VISION technology.
She was promptly set up in the kitchen. There was no jungle of wires and cords to deal with. Just a single cord for power. Wireless keyboard, wireless mouse. Hooray for easy! But it got even better.
I turned her on, swiftly set up the internet connection, and we were set to ROCK and ROLL. The HP TouchSmart 320 is exactly that. It is an interactive touch screen. What does that mean? You could put away the keyboard and mouse and still use the computer just fine! (I'm picturing water being knocked over onto the keyboard-the perfect remedy!) You can pull up a touch keyboard on the screen if you want or even manually write the letters with your fingers.
Clover is smitten. Instead of me telling her, "Don't touch the computer screen!" over and over, she gets to jab at it with those chubby little fingers to her heart's content.
Our favorites around here are Poissonrouge.com and Starfall.com. They are perfect for little beginners.
I got a call from an HP representative, and she filled me on some of the other cool features of the HP TouchSmart 320.The screen can tilt 45 degrees for best viewing quality and has a built-in webcam for those Skype chats with grandparents and cousins who are in lands far away. You can also enjoy DVDs or the TV tuner features with the smooth, clear picture thanks to AMD’s VISION technology.
There is also a selection of HP TouchSmart apps you can use, such as the recipe app! Ryan and I will most certainly be utilizing that one. All your favorite recipes are at your fingertips. We tend to look up a lot of our favorite recipes on the computer these days anyway.
Needless to say we are enjoying our new HP TouchSmart 320. Want a chance to win your very own? Yeah, you heard me right.
Answer the question: How would your HP TouchSmart 320 get used by your family? to be entered in a sweepstakes for a chance to win a new HP TouchSmart 320. ReplyDeleteWhat a fun way for children to learn, and parents to play! We could use one at our house!
ReplyDeleteI think the easier question would be what wouldn't we use it for. We would teach and learn, cook, run a business, write and research. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeletePretty much the same as you--older kids in school with a ton of research projects and toddler at home who loves starfall, recipes and movies...
ReplyDeletesallyavena at gmail dot com
Oh my goodness-amazing! We are homeschoolers and so my kids would LOVE to use programs like Starfall. It's amazing how easy it is for children to learn the computer!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity,
Sarah M
SO AWESOME!! I have a toddler, about Clover's age, who touches my screen all the time! She would love that she is actually SUPPOSED to touch!

Holy smokes, this is fantastic! Thanks to you and HP! xo
ReplyDeleteThis would be a great replacement to one of our computers that is near the end of its life. I have been wanting to try out the touch screen features for design work since I saw it on Project Runway.
ReplyDeletekbroadd1 -at- gmail -dot- com
Wow - that looks amazing! I would love to get the little fingers around here on a screen that they're actually supposed to touch!

ReplyDeleteMy kids would probably get the most use out of it. I see lots of drawing and computer playing and learning!!
ReplyDeleteyes please !!!
ReplyDeleteWOW! This is an amazing giveaway! I just saw one of these at a local computer store and was very impressed. My husband and I live (relatively) far from our families, so the idea of having such a big skype-enabled screen to talk to them is so neat! We also enjoy computer games and would love to see how this works with some of them! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteWith four boys in school, there is never enough computer time. I would set it up in the game room where everyone would have access to it. It would really help with homework and studying. Thanks HP!
ReplyDeleteHow could this computer NOT be utilized?! awesome giveaway, thanks for the chance!! This would be fabulous to have out and left on so that whenever the mood struck it would be accessible :)
ReplyDeleteI am pretty sure my daughter would monopolize this. lol. Very cool. The Skype would be awesome for calling family too.
ReplyDeleteAmazing! Would love to explore all the amazing options this unique computer offers...for everyone in my family!
ReplyDeleteWow, I think this would be the perfect opportunity to establish a homeschool computer lab. An HP Touchsmart sounds like the ideal computer for a bunch of very eager little techies. And, I could finally get the drool marks off my personal computer. Can a HP be drooled on?
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic giveaway! In our house, the computer would be used for school projects, extra algebra practice, looking up stats on Fantasy Football teams, playing Webkinz, reading sewing blogs, editing photos...this list could go on and on!
ReplyDeleteThis would be perfect for fixing photos, watching movies, using my Silhouette and reading awesome blogs like this one!
ReplyDeleteWow that is so neat! It would be a wonderful teaching tool for little ones, my daughter has just started to figure out how to manipulate the touch screen on my phone.
ReplyDeleteWOW....what an awesome giveaway. This would be great for editing pictures that I have taken with my new camera. Thanks again!
ReplyDeleteOh, this is a great giveaway! I'd love this for us!
ReplyDeletekatie.roberts13@gmail.com
Letting the kids touch the computer screen....that answers all questions! We would love to add a computer like that to our home! The kids would DIE! (so would I)
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun and easy way for our children and us adults to learn, work and play! We could use one at our house! Thank you!
we would use it for EVERYTHING - - blogging, movies, the kids' stuff - everything!!
ReplyDeleteI would use this computer for skyping with my mother in Scotland, reading No Big Dill and other blogs, finding great recipes and writing the Christmas letter.
ReplyDeleteAll the best,
Dawn
We would use the HP TouchSmart everyday-for checking email, looking at blogs, watching TV shows, looking up recipes...
ReplyDeletelol! All I can think of is how messy my hands get when I'm cooking...
ReplyDeleteOh I LOVE this computer, I've wanted one for awhile so I hope I win.
ReplyDeleteThe computer we are using now I bought my senior year of high school (and I don't want to think about how long ago that was). With my husband going back to school in the fall it would be wonderful to have a computer that would be able to keep up with the demands of our soon to be growing family.
ReplyDeleteThis would be so awesome for my 5 boys to use! Our computer gets so slow it cant do some of the educational sites very well and the boys end up frustrated. This would solve that!
ReplyDeleteI would give it as an incredible holiday gift to my nephew who is in need of a new computer. Would he ever be surprised!
ReplyDeleteElisabeth my twenty five year old with Spina bifida would benefit from the wonderful touch screen and still be able to build on her typing skills.
ReplyDeleteWow- I think this would get use from the whole family, and I wouldn't have to give up any work time while the Wow Wow Wubbzy games were going!

Our library has a station set up and my toddler is so proud of herself when we go since she can do it all by herself. Having one at home would be a dream come true! Thanks for the chance.
ReplyDeleteI went through the alternate entry form just now for my second entry!
ReplyDeleteWOW! That looks like an awesome computer! Oh the possibilities!
ReplyDeleteIt would be easy to find many uses for an HP touchpad. Games, videos, sewing tutorials, blogs, etc.
ReplyDeletestephensons4 at embarqmail.com
Just yesterday my 3 year old was touching my monitor trying to get the picture to slide. I was trying to explain that this isn't that kind of computer. She didn't get it! We would LOVE this!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great prize! I would love to keep one computer up stairs and one for every one down for learning, playing, recipe, and reference!
ReplyDeleteWe have a son with Down syndrome who also gets told repeatedly to not touch the screen--tv and computer. This sort of interactive screen would get him excited about learning and computer time is a huge factor in getting him to do his school work. This would combine the two in one. Wonderful! I wish they could put these in all schools where kids with disabilities attend. Because of difficulties with fine motor skills, the touch screen would be perfect.
ReplyDeleteAs a homeschooling family, I've been contemplating getting a new computer just for the kids to use. I don't let them use mine, because it would be ruined.
ReplyDeleteWe'd use it to learn to type, learn computer skills, and play games and such :) It would be wonderful if our family won... A great just in time for Christmas present!
With 5 kids I get kicked off the computer all the time. Love the touch screen.
ReplyDeleteWith my husband returning to school, and my three year old quickly figuring out how to navigate a computer, we really need a kid friendly second computer in our home. This would be fantastic. I love that you can go without the keyboard and mouse.
ReplyDeletewhat a cool giveaway. It sounds like we'd do everything with this computer.
ReplyDeleteOur current computer was the cheapest possible computer purchase in grad school. A laptop that is heavy and ancient and so slow. When my husband was lugging it through the airport recently the TSA people laughed at him and asked what that ancient technology was.---If we won that laptop would receive a proper sendoff.
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing prize! We would love a new computer - I have a three year old just learning to work a computer and this would be so great for her!
ReplyDeleteWhat would we use it for? Everything! My husband has an iPad, but our home computer is toast. This would be a dream come true.. seriously. Thank you for such an awesome giveaway!!
ReplyDeletecourtney(at)lifetab(dot)com
At our house this would be the one that kids could actually use! My girls would love it, I would love that I can have them in the kitchen with me, and actually help them while I do dishes, and make meals. Multi-tasking is what it is all about!
ReplyDeleteroberkann@gmail.com
we'd use it for EVERYTHING!!
ReplyDeleteI would use it for recipes, just like you! (And everything else, too, of course.)
ReplyDeletethat is a really cool computer - I think we would put it in the kitchen so we could all enjoy it together.
ReplyDeleteOh my the ways this could be used. My preschooler would love it for home preschool. My 2 year old would love getting to play on the computer and my school age kids could use it for endless school work and games.
ReplyDeleteI would definitely let my little boys have at this computer! No more yelling "don't touch the screen"- so many cool features!
ReplyDeleteWhat a killer give-a-way! We would love one in our home. Too many students, not enough computers!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win this! My cat likes to follow moving things around on the screen, so she might be just as excited as Clover.
ReplyDeleteMy kids would love to be able to touch a computer screen, too! ;)
ReplyDeleteUsing it for skype-ing to our family on the west coast would be a total trip!
ReplyDeleteMy boys would love this!
ReplyDeleteThanks for such an amazing giveaway!
ReplyDeleteAwesome, what a great addition to any home with littles.
ReplyDeleteI tweeted!
ReplyDeleteWe're getting ready to start homeschooling next year (we live in a very rural area, but we DO have internet access). This would be PERFECT for my boys to learn. And maybe Mamma and Pappa would have to watch some movies when the kiddies go to bed. :)
ReplyDeleteOh this is perfect for a dilly bunch! I hope you get years and years of enjoyment.
ReplyDeleteI come from a large family of siblings (10 of us). This would be a terrific way for all of us to connect across the states during my mom's Christmas party.
Good Luck Everyone!
Would love to try one of these puppies out! madelynokamoto(at)gmail(dot)com
ReplyDeleteMy kids would love this computer. Especially the youngest 2 since their little hands have trouble holding the mouse.
ReplyDeleteBest Giveaway Ever!! My 2 year old would love this! He loves to play little games on the computer and be like Mommy and Daddy. What a great gift to have under the tree! Thanks Katy! :0)

Oh, wow! We are a homeschooling family, so we would definitely be using it for all things school....and maybe a bit of fun! P.S. We like starfall.com too!
ReplyDeleteWith 3 kids in school, it would be a great help with all that homework and websites that help them learn. Netflix movies would be watched. Recipes would be looked up. Blogs would be written. Still trying to get the grandparents set up on Skype, but seeing their faces would be amazing! So many things to do.....
ReplyDeleteMy 14 year old son wants to go to MIT, he already has several old computers torn apart in his bedroom, attempting to make one, it would be lovely if he had a computer loaded with the latest technology that he didnt need to re-make.
ReplyDeleteWe would love to win this! Like your family, ours uses the computer every day for tons of different reasons. The kids love to play games and watch movies on it.
ReplyDeleteUm... everything!! We currently just have older laptops, and it would be great to have some thing faster, stronger, and easier for my kids to use.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
We would so love this! We've got two kiddos that we'll be homeschooling this next year so that computer would get a lot of use around here. My husband also leaves for boot camp on January 2 for the Coast Guard and then onto further training from there. He'll be gone for a while so we'd love the built in camera for Skype! I'll also be taking on a job working from home to help pick up the financial slack with the hubs away so a fast computer with tons of space would be amazing. I can't wait to see who wins!
ReplyDeletekirsten_13@hotmail.com
we would probably use it for watching DVDs mostly
ReplyDeleteThis is amazing! My husband and I are both students and I am an writer. This computer would change the way we work. Plus it would be amazing to see his face if we won ;)
ReplyDeleteI would love to win this since my laptop is over 6 years old!
ReplyDeleteI would definitely use it in the kitchen-it would be so nice to have easy access to tons of recipes, instead of trying to read them on my little smart phone. And to play some music while I cook. Love it!
ReplyDeleteMY kids would LOVE this computer. Crossing my fingers that I win!
ReplyDeleteWe are moving to Mexico City in 2 months and would love to bring a new computer down with us to skype with grandparents- What a fabulous giveaway!
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome giveaway. I would use this for everything, especially since we only have one computer, my dying laptop, and it would be awesome to have a real computer to do design work on.
ReplyDeleteWow! This is amazing Katy. Our family would absolutely love this. Like your little one, my Reid would love to have a more hands access to our computer. My oldest cherishes his computer time after school and this would definitely make that time more exciting for him. My husband and I would really enjoy being able to make computer time more accessible to our kids and more family friendly. A key board and mouse make computer time really a very one person at a time activity. I wonder what the touch screen could do to help it become more of a family affair through game night or something of the like.
ReplyDeleteThanks for offering the giveaway. I hope to win!
This would be a great addition to our home and would get used a lot by our homeschooling kindergartener and our toddler.
ReplyDeletethe question is "how wouldn't I use this computer?" I would love this for my family, we have our laptops, but we have been looking for one central computer, that stays where it is, the family one. To keep all our photos in the same place, use photoshop on, teach the little ones how to use a computer. I would love this!
ReplyDeleteWe use the computer constantly--for homeschooling, blogging, watching TV, and more. It'd get used a lot around here if I won. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great prize! I would set it up in our playroom so our family could play games and learn together!
ReplyDeleteThe better question is what we wouldn't use it for. It would be perfect for school projects, checking email, reading blogs, watching movies, playing games and many many more things. I am simply amazed with today's new technology!
ReplyDeleteWhat an AMAZING giveaway! My family would use this alot: for graphic design, for games for my three-year-old, for watching movies...the list is endless!
ReplyDeleteI posted about your giveaway on my twitter feed: https://twitter.com/#!/suzannebeaubien
ReplyDeleteHow fun! We would use a slick machine like that in our homeschool. I have chubby little fingers living here too that would most certainly enjoy poking at the screen.
ReplyDeleteWow! My two little daughters would LOVE this! They are tech deficient, thanks to two parents who don't even own a smartphone, much less an Ipad. This computer might actually be something my husband and I could figure out, to boot!
ReplyDeleteI would use the computer to look up sewing tutorials in my craft room. My three year old also loves starfall.com and asks to play it almost daily!
ReplyDeleteAlissa
alissaschade@hotmail.com
wow. that would be cool to have a touchscreen computer.
ReplyDeleteI would use it with all my kids. My autistic son would probably benefit from it the most. There are some great apps out there for autism. I just need that touch screen to run them. Mari
ReplyDeleteWe've been talking about getting a computer just for the kids to use for fun and for homework, this would be perfect!!
ReplyDeleteI tweeted about the giveaway here: http://twitter.com/#!/spunkygirl61
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!
What a great computer for kids- appeals to their desire to touch. I'd love if they could use drawing and painting apps and be creative!
ReplyDeleteI love this touch screen idea! perfect for kids. I would probably set it up in my kitchen like you did for maximum use by all.
ReplyDeleteIn our home it is just my husband and I, for now. We have only been married for 4 months and dont have a computer yet. This would be so wonderful to win! Plus our 21 nieces and nephews would be very entertained when they come over to visit!
ReplyDeleteThis would be awesome for those little fingers always itching to do something on my husband's ipod and inevitably accidentally call someone or download something!!!
ReplyDeletemy kids would love this! plus, i think mom and dad would too. :)
ReplyDeleteWow our growing family would love this computer and the touch screen is fabulous. Presently i have a 6 year old laptop which I use for work and feel uncomfortable with my daughter playing on too much, her computer needs are increasing too....a family computer seems like the perfect answer! thanks for a chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI tweeted about this from account @laurieruth
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking yesterday that my youngest would really do so much better with a touchscreen. He just can't make that dang mouse click where he wants and--oh boy--sometimes the results are frustrating for us all. :) Great giveaway opportunity. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun thing for a family to have! My 3 year old would LOVE playing games on it!
ReplyDeleteOur family would love something like this. My 2 year old, in particular, would really enjoy the touch screen :)
ReplyDeleteWe have a computer, but it is old and ailing here and with 6 people in the family, It is running to the end of life very quickly.
OMG WANT!(crosses fingers)
ReplyDeleteIt would be used every day by both myself & our girls! For Skype with family, Netflix, games, and soon homework. Our current desktop is an HP and its been treating us well for the past five years, we're due for an upgrade soon and this touch smart looks perfect. Thank you for hosting such a great giveaway!

ReplyDeleteThis is so exciting. I never win anything so I am not keeping my hopes up but it would be amazing to win. Currently we are on the market for a new computer as my computer just broke :/ We are having a baby is 16 weeks (coming so close) so it would be a big help not to have to buy a new computer.

ReplyDeletelove this!! I would have it in my kitchen for kids to use and for me to look up recipes!
ReplyDeletemalaska (at) netzero (dot) com
We are trying to decide between a new pc or a mac. This would make our decision easy :-) Our other computer is more than 5 years old and that is ANCIENT in computer years!!
ReplyDeleteWow! We'd use it everyday! I bet that would be great for homeschooling!
ReplyDeleteWe could use an upgrade here!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I could definitely use this. I really want a computer for photo editing.

ReplyDeleteWOW! What an awesome giveaway! I've been wanting a touch screen computer for graphic design. I wonder if this one works with a stylus... Well, between the four of us electronic freaks it would definitely get used in our house! Thanks HP for an awesome giveaway!
ReplyDeletehttp://onepinaweek.blogspot.com/2011/11/no-big-dill.html
ReplyDeleteOh man, how would this get used by my family? Big kid would use it to watch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ad nauseum. Little kid would not be allowed anywhere near it. Mama would use it to prep lessons for teenagers. Papa is a wild card.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I would love a new computer. I am currently using an 8 year old dinosaur!
ReplyDeleteAmazing giveaway - thank you for hosting! What a marvelous change this would bring to our days - cooking, sewing, learning and playing!
ReplyDeleteI would sew using your tutorials. I would look up your wonderful whole wheat chocolate chip cookie recipe. I would check your blog to keep up with the latest Dill news. I would use it to buy merchandise from your Etsy shop:)
ReplyDeleteSo maybe you should consider helping out your biggest FAN!!!!:)
If that doesn't work, then just know that it would look really great in our house and my cute husband would love checking on all his favorite teams on ESPN!
This is a really great thing. We've been using our super old dell for the kids computer. Currently it's not hooked up to the Internet but the kids love pbskids.org so I think it would happen soon. I love that you don't need a keyboard. Even if I don't win I think I might need to begin saving up for one, this would be a worth while purchase for the next family computer. Thanks for the helpful review.
ReplyDeleteI love the sleek design! This would definitely become the children's computer, stat.
ReplyDeleteOh my!!
ReplyDeleteMy little ones, who are dying to go to school like their big brother, would be in hog heaven . . . as well as their big brother 'teaching' them on the computer.
the kids use the slowest of slow computers and it's getting kind of ridiculous. this would be amazing for them to actually have a computer on the cutting edge!
ReplyDeleteHow incredible! We homeschool and this would be a great addition to our school tools. Especially for my almost 5-year-old learning to read and write!
ReplyDeletebrookeali(at)hotmail(dot)com
Woo Hoo for you being chosen for that, Katy! How exciting!
ReplyDeleteMy family would use this a LOT! We've had our computer in the basement for 5 years and I hate it...I'd love to be able to check my email from upstairs, or let the boys on the computer for a game without having to be out of my sight!
And I blogged it here: http://alemonsqueezyhome.blogspot.com/2011/11/cottage-home-pattern-winners.html
ReplyDeleteThanks, Katy!
Ours would be used as a family computer... My 2 year old would go postal about being allowed to touch the screen!
ReplyDeleteThis would b e the perfect computer to tech my 4 year old with. She seems to think the laptop is touchscreen LOL! I'm constantly reminding her not to touch the screen. This would save me some sanity!

ReplyDeleteMy 4 year old would love to use it for school work and I would love to have it in the kitchen for shows and recipes!
ReplyDeleteI love that it's a touch screen, but you had me at only 1 cord. I would love to get rid of the family computer that is so old, it doesn't have wifi capabilities and there are tons of cords and so tacky!
ReplyDeleteHello
ReplyDeleteI have a 3 and 4 yr. old that would love playing learning games on this computer. Bummed out that both kids will be held back 1 yr. because of their Sept/Oct birthdays so this computer would be awesome to have for learning!
What an AWESOME giveaway!
ReplyDeletei have a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old who would both be thrilled to finally be allowed to touch the computer screen!
I would hoard this computer on my side of the desk....so that I don't look like a continual idiot. *grin* We have old PC's cobbled together, we have an iPad, we have older iPhones, we have an old old laptop....yet I'm the only one in the house that forgets only the apple products are touch screen....and here I am poking my finger at the PC screen. (I know, its a lost cause.) But then I would feel bad for hogging it, so I would set the timer and allow all the kids 20 minutes every afternoon for their homework, if they don't finish, tough cookies they can use the dinosaur machine on the other side of the desk. ;)
ReplyDeleteThis looks so awesome! My 3 year old would love to interact with this, we could also use it for cooking, learning, everything! Great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteOur house would probably use it just like yours! Kids games and movies, recipes, watching tv shows while the kiddos nap. This thing looks AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteholy cow, everyone in our family - from 20 months to 36 yrs - would use this kind of thing regularly. Homework, fun play time, recipes, learning to read...what *wouldn't* we do with it?
ReplyDeletelatent dot hostility at gmail dotcom

I'd recycle my old lappy and let this become our new family computer. How fun!
ReplyDeleteI have a dud computer that has been a total lemon. With a husband out of work for 1.5 years and bills mounting up, there is not money for a new one. I love the idea of this computer because it seems like a great way to introduce my 3-yr-old to computers. Love the touch screen!!!

ReplyDeleteWhoa, ours would be used by not only our four little ones but by us parents too! It would be great to replace our handed down desktop of over ten years!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win this! I am married to an IT guy which means I get to use an old lap top that is missing keys and is super slow. He always seems to revive these old computers for me to use. Every time one breaks, I just get another fixer upper. lol It would be amazing to have my own "new" computer!! Thanks for the opportunity! ReplyDeleteWhat a great give away! Our would probably be used the same way Clover demonstrates--by little fingers as a learning tool!
ReplyDeleteMy 3 year old is just learning how to play games on the computer. However, we only have a laptop with no mouse so we don't let him play on that. It would be wonderful to have a way to let him play/learn without being terrified that he will break the laptop!
ReplyDeleteI would love to have the HP Touchsmart 320 because then I wouldn't feel like an idiot when I touch my non-touchsmart computer screen and expect something to happen! I just expect everything to be a touchscreen anymore that I forget that my own computer is a dinosaur.
ReplyDeleteI have 4 kids (14, 10, 3 & 14 months). I can't even count the ways we could use that computer!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great give away! I would use this thing ALL THE TIME I could see this being perfect to make designs on my Silhouette. I would give the mister my computer and put this bad bot in my sewing room...OH the crafting that will come from that not to mention the inspiration I can find on it!
ReplyDeleteWe use our computer for everything. So our family would get so much use out of this - skype, watch tv, look up recipes, games for our daughter, & more. Our computer is on the fritz so winning this would be simply amazing.
ReplyDeleteThis would go in the craft room so that my little one could spend more time with me.

Ooh, I'd set it up in my office for the kids!
ReplyDeleteI would love to have this to replace our old bulky desktop computer. I would use it for web surfing and word processing, and my granddaughter would love it for games and homework.

Oh, goodness, I would love to have one of these! It would get used at our house to work a little, but mostly play (Pinterest, Pandora, etc.). Would be a welcome addition to our office!
ReplyDeleteThis computer is heaven sent! The chance to put away the clutter of the keyboard and mouse...to avoid my little ones that grab and pound on them at leisure while I am trying to use the computer, would be simply wonderful!!!
ReplyDeleteBlogged about it!!

I could so use this. the desk top we are using now is from when i went to college in 2003 and it is very slow. our office is about to become a nursery and i would love to use this as a computer and a tv for Netflix in the room.
ReplyDeleteWe would use it to do homework, create images, play games and work on our family blog. Thanks for the contest!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! What an amazing giveaway! I'll be sure to keep my fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteWhat wouldn't we use it for? The husband works on computers for a living and is a total tech geek, so he'd use it for just about everything. The daughter would us it for game playing, learning, and video watching, and last but not least I would use it for general internet-ing! -Desiree
ReplyDeleteWe would totally let the kids use the touchsmart. Of course we would have to limit the time they spent in front of a computer so we'd also use it for photo editing (since I take a ridiculous amount of pictures).
ReplyDeleteHaving 1 daughter in college,2 daughters in high school and a four year old son, I would say school work. I am actually thinking of home schooling my son next year so the possibilities are endless.

Wow, that looks like an absolute blast! Would love to win it!
ReplyDeleteSophie is obsessed with her baby pictures, so this great computer would definitely be used for her endless request for slideshows :). She also enjoys painting on her dad's iPhone, so I can imagine a lot of art being made with it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous computer! We would use to to organize our pictures, I would use it to organize my recipes, and my kiddos would use it to play games and watch netflicks shows! Our only problem would then be taking turns :) Good problem to have, in this case. Would love to win, thanks for a great giveaway!
