First of all, I think our new national holiday was a success! I quite enjoyed reading what you love about yourselves: reading books to kids with different voices, NOT being a perfectionist, being emotional. I loved it all. Thank you for playing.
Second of all, I have been sewing up a storm and having so much fun doing it. Remember the "cLOVEr 2" dress? Her 2nd birthday celebratory dress? Good news: It's now in my Etsy shop. I've tweaked the design and made a version with the buttons and placket in the front. Of course, I can still make it just like Clover's, your choice. 2T or 3T.
To celebrate, I'm giving this one away! Leave a comment with the word two in it. I'll choose a winner Monday.
What else have I been sewing? You'll find out Friday!
I love this dress! Hope I win! What are the chances of comment #1 winning? Slim? Love your blog by the way. I wish I could sew like you.

Two much Fun! That's become my motto with our twin babies. Everything in 'twos' around here. Twice the hugs and laughs! Forget the dirty diapers. If one baby is crying the other is most likely smiling. Ah, balance. Love, love babies! And the dress is just perfect for a sweet little cutie-puh-tootie.

Two pink shoes are sitting in the sun doing their best to dry. Yesterday it rained. Yesterday, my daughter discovered puddles for the first time. At first she was tentative, one hand, then the other; followed by both her feet. Her shoes will dry, eventually, and her clothes will be fine after a good washing. Watching my daughter sit and splash in the puddles (camera in hand, of course), I was totally and utterly in love.
