One Down. 6 to go.

I'm trying to coordinate Easter outfits.  We'll see how many I get finished.
Divine's new High-waisted Striped Eggplant Easter skirt.
The fabric already had ribbon sewn horizontally on it (though you could do this if you did lots of measuring and pinning).  I turned it vertically and used the ribbons as a guideline where to sew pleats.  In the back I sewed a ribbon on the inside for a casing with elastic to keep the skirt snug around a little girl's waist.

  7. Wow--you are very talented! I LOVE this skirt. I have a feeling it is much more fun to get 5 girls ready for Easter than boys:) i am excited to see the other ensembles you whip up!

  10. Melanie Ann--if you haven't already, check out dana-made-it.blogspot.com for the month of February. She did an entire month dedicated to sewing for boys.
Anonymous--Sorry, no pattern as I made this pattern up, but thank you for your compliment.
