You may have nowhere to sit.
We are currently taking inventory of everything that could possibly be causing the master of the house to feel so awful.
My nursing couch was kicked to the curb.
The rug is perched atop the harp case.
Drapes are minimal.
Allergy test taken.
AC ducts cleaned.
Bedroom carpets replaced.
A new mattress.
Couches and granny's chair in the garage.
Filters replaced over and over.
Willow branches to the front stoop.
And Donald Duck has been banished to the art room.
We might be getting close.
The children are next.
So, if you'd like to come visit, please bring your own [allergen-free] chair.

uh oh
ReplyDeletei hope the culprit is found soon
so sorry Ryan
So sorry to hear this.
ReplyDeleteJust a thought...I get weird symptoms if I eat wheat.
Got to keep my furniture, but tossed the grains out the door.
When it's time to toss the children, give me first dubs.
ReplyDeleteThis looks and sounds yummy. I'm going to try it. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Mrs Boo Radley - my husband is allergic to wheat and other items. With the symptoms (sneezing, wheezing, itchy and funny tummy) he had we always thought it was dust/asthma and work stress but after near death experience and lots of tests etc we discovered it was food related.
ReplyDeleteYou are all so kind to offer suggestions, but we don't think it's food related only because it gets noticeably worse in specific rooms.
ReplyDeleteIts food and mold around here... but dont forget to replace the toothbrush. (Just my two cents)
ReplyDeleteHope he feels better!
I finally did allergy testing and shots. I was never a believer until this spring. This time last year I was flat out, coughing, sniffling, and feeling generally awful. This year I feel great, even with the trees in full bloom.
ReplyDeleteoh man. good luck with everything.
ReplyDeletei'm kind of digging the minimalist look though.
