See how much fun my beverage buffets are?
[even sans alcohol]
Sewing machines whirring, especially Melissa's--I think we'll call her lead foot
The spread: rosemary crackers, gringo salsa, three types of cheeses [plus hot oatmeal/walnut/chocolate chip cookies]
The Wensleydale Cranberry Cheese was the favorite
Still working on those beverages
There was hushed giggling going on with these two in the other room...
Thanks for hosting! I do wish I could have had some of that lemonade..maybe sometime soon?
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great success! Wish I could steal one of those beverages.
ReplyDeleteKaty, your home is so beautiful. I hope that someday I can host a beverage buffet to imitate yours!
ReplyDeleteWhat a big turnout! I'm not surprised. Looks like it was a blast!
ReplyDeleteDid Ryan take your girls away for the night? Wish I could have joined you, I've never used a pattern to make something!
ReplyDeleteKaty, I am SOOO SOOO jealous that I could not attend. It makes me miss you all that much more. :( What an awesome activity. Maybe some day I will make it out to the East Coast to visit your family.
ReplyDeleteI just drove by Mood in LA and instantly thought of you.
ReplyDeleteThe beverages and the cranberry cheese sound yummy!
ReplyDeleteRad cheese plate.
ReplyDeleteLove me some ginger brew.
And you have lovely floors too.
Looks like it was a success. Wish I could have been there too.
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get your big red poppy over the mantel? I love it? Is it fabric or what?
ReplyDeleteFaun--the hibiscus came from the Shrimp Festival on Amelia Island in Florida last year, and it's actually metal....a really REALLY heavy piece.
