normally.
But last night, I would dare say {I know, I'm brave}, was the best sleep I have ever experienced in my life.
Could it be all the jumping and dancing we did before bed {to that HOT & COLD song} that made little Clover laugh to see her mother go up and down right in front of her face?
Or was it the moUNTain of clothes on the bed I folded before we could crawl 'neath the sheets?
Perhaps it was that extra blanket Ryan added to stave off the night crispness we've been experiencing {thanks love}.
Whatever the reason, I woke up with a smile on my face, knowing I didn't remember waking up once last night {sorry kids, if any of you did, and expected a late night reassurance of no monsters or complaint about itchy toes or that so-and-so keeps making noises.}
It's going to be a good day.
Good day to you!

ReplyDeleteWe could play computer games. It's 2 AM and I'm still trying to fall asleep.
ReplyDeleteHope you get more nights like this.
You deserve them.
Love you and hoping you're quietly snoring away.
