Becky, I just cut the torso and head in one piece and then used the leftovers for the tail and legs (and then the leftover leftovers for the grassy rocks and heart.)
That cake is so cute, and so much better than the pink horse's HEAD cake that I made for Hazel when she turned three. I never even thought about adding the rest of the body. How novel!
